Two Culinary Worlds Collide To Create The New Anise Bar Menu

City hotspot Anise has unveiled a new bar menu that marries the cuisines of India and Japan..and After Nyne are extremely excited about it.

Two cultures have collided to create this amazing new menu, and have created something contemporary, yet drawing on the best of both cuisines.

Available daily from 12pm until late, the fusion menu is split into five sections – sushi, skewers, specialities, small dishes and sweet treats – and includes exceptional bites all under £6.

Sushi selections include tamarind rice with tuna and mango, and asparagus and roast pepper. Skewers include teppanyaki crispy-skinned duck skewers and wasabi scallop, shrimp and cashew nut skewer.

Salmon and scallop ceviche and spicy tempura battered edamame beans also feature.

Also serving a collection of the capital’s most exciting cocktail blends, the team at Anise takes pride in creating cool cocktails to cajole the unsuspecting into trying something completely new.
