It’s all about craft beer at Peyton and Byrne this July. From the sweet tastes of Hiver Honey beer to a pale ale from Five Point Brewery there is something for everyone.
Peyton and Byrne are celebrating ‘Craft Beer Month’ with a five course beer and food pairing menu of the finest British produce at the Royal Academy.
The supper club will offer a range of craft beers in an exploration of London’s best breweries. Enjoy a chance to expand your knowledge about pairing techniques and specialist production methods with Host Alison Taffs. Alison is our resident craft beer enthusiast and originally trained with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, since then she has created craft beer, wine & drinks menus for over 300 restaurants.
Our expert chefs have crafted a five course menu full of flavour and classic British ingredients, designed to be complemented by each craft beer. Expect to taste some delicious creations and learn about specialist techniques whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the Keeper’s House private dining space at the RA.

Canape of chicken and foie gras, sweet corn puree, truffle vinaigrette
Slow-cooked belly of pork, raviolo of braised pork shoulder,
fennel compote, honey and cracked pepper sauce
Crispy soft shell crab, avocado cream and citronette
Hertford 24 day aged beef brisket, roasted onion and black bean fasolada
Warm caramel chocolate fondant meringue with rum raisin ice cream
