On Wednesday I had the pleasure of being invited down to Sketch in Mayfair for the launch party for London’s newest health and wellness guide, Grace Guru. The brainchild of Anna Grace-Davidson, Grace Guru is an online lifestyle edit, offering advice on a balanced lifestyle, with content on everything from spirituality to travel.
The event was suitably glamorous, with beautifully dressed guests, stunning flower arrangements and the chance to sit down with a yoga adviser, a healer or even have a luxurious hand massage. Sketch was the perfect setting with its unique interior design and a chance to use some of the most famous toilets in London (seriously, I never thought I’d have so much fun when nipping to the loo).
Guests sipped on bellinis and sampled Sketch’s amazing afternoon tea (gluten-free, naturally), which incidentally had one of the best egg sandwiches I’ve ever had.
There was also a photo-booth complete with props for guests to create memories of the launch. I was a big fan of this and particularly enjoyed the horse mask- although I did find people kept asking me “why the long face?” (oh god, I’m so sorry).
Finally, guests were gifted amazing goody-bags with treats from Jo Wood, Elemental Herbology and CocoFace fitting perfectly with the Grace Guru brand.
