The Exhibitionist Hotel have announced the launch of “Trash City” a Private View and Dotmasters show at The Exhibitionist Hotel on 13 May 2015.

Dotmasters – trash tzar, agent provocateur and reluctant star of Banksy’s productions – brings his sense of humour and visual idea of subversion to the next level with his new concept: “Trash City”.

The artist has trashed a luxury hotel suite at the 5 Star Boutique Exhibitionist Hotel in South Kensington, in order to challenge our perceptions of luxury and the meaning of worth. With his motto “there is NO subculture ONLY subversion”, the artist invites all of us into the gutter to look at the stars.

Guests will be able to stay in the ‘Trash suite’ after the launch the suite is available for bookings at £750 per night.

Manhad Narula (Owner Founder The Exhibitionist Hotel Commented): “We are really excited about the launch of ‘Trash City’ at The Exhibitionist Hotel and we welcome this Dotmasters’ collaboration and we are happy to give artists this platform to showcase their work”.

Dotmasters commented: “They said ‘trash the hotel’… so I did”.

Dotmasters’ work recently brought him to the attention of legendary film director Martin Scorsese, which led him to collaborating on the set of the Scorsese movie ‘Tomorrow’, which was shot in London in 2014 and his work was featured in the Oscar-nominated film ‘Exit through the gift shop’ in 2010.

Attollo, the firm whose aim is to bring art outside the traditional gallery walls, will curate the show on behalf of The Exhibitionist Hotel.
