Celebrate M’s Decadent Truffle Week with Bespoke Menu, March 16th – 21st

For the week of 16th March, M Restaurants will be celebrating the end of the Périgord Truffle season is style. Head Chef Jarad McCarrol (formerly of Chiltern Firehouse) has created a bespoke menu-featuring truffle throughout. During this week diners will be treated to the ultimate decadent delicacy and no hunting will be necessary.

Diners can begin their meal with some seriously scrumptious pan-fried scallops with truffle and cauliflower purée and truffle butter. Following this guests can tuck into a meat lovers paradise of the M signature Blackmore wagyu D rump served alongside truffled pomme puree, caramelised shallot, truffled madeira jus, foie gras and truffle shavings and round the meal off with some hand-crafted creative, chocolate truffles.

Last winter saw the arrival of a unique dining and drinking concept in the heart of London’s City. Situated on the iconic Threadneedle Street, home to the Bank of England, M is an innovative and versatile 15,000 square foot space. M is the first solo project from Martin Williams, who left his role as Managing Director of Gaucho Restaurants earlier this year after almost a decade with the company, to establish his own restaurant group.
